Bonus

The Bonus is achieved when the CARE Pro has successfully completed the expected number of hours stipulated. The amount of bonus collected is dependent on your ratings and reviews provided by the client and the CARE manager, please refer to the table above.

When you first start, you will be assigned a rating of 3 out of 5 stars. As you progress, the CARE Manager and the Client will be giving you ratings and reviews, which in turn will change your star ratings: If you consistently get good ratings by performing well as a CARE Pro, then the rating can increase to 4 stars and more.

By earning more stars, your Bonus will increase and this is an incentive for you to strive for excellence.

The hours and days are calculated in a monthly basis and tabulated at the end of the month. This bonus amount will be paid on the 20th of the following month.

Special Promotion

Since this is a new scheme, all CARE Pros will get the 5 star rating bonus until the end of the Year (31st December), after which we will implement the new Bonus Scheme.

Eg. CARE Pro Jamie has worked for a CARE Assist package for 230 hours. She has a 4 star rating, hence she is entitled to:

Roles & Responsibilities

CARE PRO

Every caregiver / nurse / specialist that have registered with us, attended the orientation and has been awarded our minimum amount of badges are called a CARE Pro.

CARE MANAGER

Every Active CARE Pro on duty is assigned a CARE Manager, who will be acting as the leader of the team. You should keep in close contact with the CARE Manager at all times and to keep communication open with them. You must be contactable at all times.

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PRE-CHECK IN

A reminder is sent to your phone one hour before the case commences. Please remember to confirm your attendance that you are on your way to your CARE Manager. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment and the CARE Manager may assign another CARE Pro to take over your case.

CHECK-IN

Check-in ONLY when you reach the home / destination. It is geo-tagged, so our app would be able to alert you if you’re checking in outside of the zone

FOLLOW THE TASKS

There will be a list of tasks that will be assigned. Please complete all task and tick the checkbox once completed. You can place an additional note if you have some comments or changes to the the timing of the tasks performed.

MEDICATION

Ensure the medication schedule is strictly followed.

DO NOT make your own addition or changes to the medication dosage.

If there are any changes or updates, immediately inform the Care Manager before proceeding.

ENTER VITALS

Check periodically for all visits- Blood Pressure, Physical Condition, etc

CHECK OUT

Check-out when you have completed the case / leaving the home

HOSPITAL VISITS

Take all notes and diagnosis/reports provided

EXERCISES

Make sure to follow the exercises as per the Physio Badges

Attire

During active duty

A clean CARE Concierge T-shirt or Scrubs Suit during active duty and long pants only

Modest, avoid form-fitting. Tie Up and Bun hair (for long hair) and do not wear jewellery

To use mask and gloves when handling patient in the shower, feeding.

Outdoors

Please wear our CARE Concierge T-Shirt or a Scrubs Suits during active duties

For Live in (standby period)

Make sure to wear decent clothes and have sufficient change.

Any shorts / pants worn should be lower than the knees.

T-Shirt or Pyjamas must have sleeves and are not transparent.

Black/white sports shoes/sneakers. No high heel shoes please.

Transportation

To the client’s location from the CARE Pros designated home

We will use the CARE Pro’s current address (as in your profile) as the location of the CARE Pro and Google Maps to calculate the distances.

Payment

To be paid every 5th and 20th of the Month. If the dates fall on a weekend, or a public holiday, it will be processed on the next available working day.

Basic Pay
1st to 15th of the monthPaid by 20th of the Month

All payments will be made via online banking directly to your nominated bank account. It must be a local bank.

We do not pay cash.

It is the responsibility of the CARE Pro to provide the latest bank account detail.

You can update the bank details at anytime in your app at the profile section page.

Penalties

We practice a 3 strike policy

After having 3 strikes, the CARE Pro is suspended for 3 months from getting another job. In certain cases, you will be blacklisted or immediately suspended indefinitely.

These are the conditions to warrant a strike:

01  Leaving the patient by themselves unattended for a period of time.

02  Leaving the premises without informing and getting acknowledgement from the CARE Manager.

03  Soliciting business from the client or asking to borrow money.

04  Selling any products or services to your client, other than CARE Concierge services.

05  Verbal fighting, physically injuring or being abusive to the client and/or their families.

06  Caught stealing or lying to us.

07  Sharing any private information of the client to other people, it is ALL private and confidential.

08  Copying or taking private notes / photos and sensitive information and storing in your private devices.

09  Being late for work. No excuse is acceptable.

10  Giving your own dosage of medication or home brews.

Less than 4 hours notice to cancel before the commencement of the appointment

01  Automatic suspension for new cases for a period of 9 months.

02  A Zero rating will immediately apply, lowering bonus potential when activated.

03  All bonuses for that month will be forfeited.

04  CARE Pros who report in sick and can show a valid MC and have informed CARE Managers in a professional manner will have the suspension lifted.

Less than 12 hours notice to cancel before the commencement of any appointment

1 Strike

A Zero Star rating for that case

All bonuses for that month will be forfeited.

Issues with the Client

If there is a dispute or complaint by the client, then we reserve the right to hold your Bonus until we conduct an internal investigation until there is a verdict.

The estimated duration time for the internal investigation is 14 days.

The investigation would be conducted by the Advisory Board.

Not available, unless accommodation provided by the client.

Light Cooking and Housekeeping

Yes, depending on the condition.

Working Hours

Calculated as a 24 hour period.

No cases to start after 9:00 pm

Active - 08:00 am to 9:00 pm

Standby - 9:00 pm to 08:00 am

Minimum 6 hours of rest

The hours are calculated based on Check-in & Out Task in the app

Food

Provided by the client.

CARE Pros can cook if unavailable, must not leave patient unattended at all times.

Maximum 30 mins for meal.

Accommodation

To be provided by Client.

At a minimum a simple soft mattress for sleeping. No chairs or furniture not suitable/comfortable for sleeping.

To inform CARE Manager if client has not provided accordingly.

You can request to rent an inflatable bed at RM 10.00 per day.

RM 50.00 per week.

We can deliver a single bed mattress for RM200 (Transportation fees may incur).

Baggage

Bring enough for 1 week of clothing.
