Services

What services does a CARE Pro provide ?

A CARE Pro is a professionally trained caregiver who provides services to take care of the elderly and the ones in recovery.

They perform a series of tasks that includes:

Activities of Daily Living
Diary and Vitals Recording
Dispensing Medication
Grooming & Personal Hygiene
Exercise and Basic Physiotherapy
Mind Stimulation Exercises
Preparation of Meals
Daily task and reporting
Companionship
What is the difference between a CARE Pro and a Registered Nurse ?

A CARE Pro is a professionally trained caregiver who is certified to provide general caregiving services, whereas a Registered Nurse is a registered nurse under the Ministry of Health and has taken a degree in nursing. A nurse can be a CARE Pro.

What is the difference between CARE Assist, CARE Plus and CARE X ?

CARE Assist is for patient that requires basic care and daily assisting

CARE Plus is for patient that requires advanced care for a variety of conditions

CARE X is for patient that requires on call nurse for medical procedures and therapy session

Are your CARE Pros certified and trained ?

Yes, all of our CARE Pros have to undergo our in  - house training. In order to become a CARE Pro, the candidate must successfully demonstrate their skills and competency to us before we can send them for cases. We refer to their skills as earned badges, which you can view the badges that the CARE Pro earns in the profile. For specialized care, eg. Patient requires NGT Feeding, a CARE Pro has to have obtained a NGT Feeding badge before we will send them to the case. This is our way to assure the quality of care is kept to a high standard.

What is the role of a CARE Manager ?

For every cases, we will assign a CARE Manager to lead case management (select CARE Pro to meet the client’s requirements), counseling and enforcement of company’s regulations.

Think of them like your guardian angel, who watches over all aspects of the patient’s care remotely. They are there to provide manage the CARE Pro as well as provide assistance to the family by providing advice, support and even counselling to the immediate family when required.

Booking

How much lead time do I have to make a booking ?

We would like to advice to give us at least 12 hours to find the right CARE Pro for you. We do understand however that there may be situations if you need it urgently in less than 12 hours period, a small RM 100.00  fee will be incurred.

Can I see the profile of the CARE Pro before I decide to make a booking ?

The CARE Pro profile can be viewed in our CARE App once the booking has been made. You can view the score and badges earned, and the amount of experience by the CARE Pro.

Can I choose the same CARE Pro that I liked from my previous booking ?

Yes you can request this, especially for long term cases, but it is subject to availability of the CARE Pro.

Is it possible to extend the hours of the CARE Pro during the case ?

Yes, with early notification to the CARE Manager, we can extend the hours of the CARE Pro to suit your needs. The credit hours from the purchased voucher allows this flexibility.

Pricing

What are the prices for engaging the services of a CARE Pro ?

For CARE Assist Daily rate is RM25.00/hr or RM220.00 per day

For CARE Plus Daily rate is RM30.00/hr or RM300.00 per day

We do however have more affordable long term packages. See what is a package.

What is a package ? How does it work ?

We have Super Saver Package that gives you the credit hours, the more credits you purchase, the more savings you will have. It is value for your money.

Is there an expiry date to the Credits that I have purchased ?

Yes, our Credits have a 90 day validity date to it. subject to Terms & Conditions

Are Credits transferable ?

Yes, the best thing about our Credits  subject to Terms & Conditions

Can I get a cheaper package ?

Yes, the more credit hours you purchased, the more cheaper the package per hourly rate.

How does the CARE Credits work?

Purchased based on your vouchers

Is there a different charge for the weekends or public holidays ?

Yes

Payment

How do I make payment ?

Payment can be made through online banking or direct through the app (MOL).

We accept online banking through our app only. 

Is it refundable ?

We do not refund, however we do have a Buy Back Scheme whereby we can purchase all your vouchers back 80% value at any time before the expiry date.

When will I get my receipt ?

You will be able to view the receipt via the CARE App under Profile > Invoice. You can also view all the past and present invoices there.
